We worked with Stream Energy to deploy 18 Aprisa 32A Intelligent EVSEs as part of our Smart Energy Solution, to provide Court with a real-time energy management system to control the highs and lows of consumption, the billing at the end of the month, and designed a system that will keep up and keep going alongside the modern day driver.

With 46 homes located within a convenient neighbourhood in North Vancouver, Tobruck Gardens promises a quieter living for family life. Built in 1990, Tobruck Gardens has invested in a complete envelope renovation, rain-screening, and other modern updates to keep up with today’s buyers.
This was one of our first installs of the Cerebro EMS, in 2019. The relatively small electrical service size for 46 owners was a perfect fit for our Cerebro Energy Managed EMS, that makes maximum use of existing power, without going overboard.
Despite an early assessment done by a previous party, which resulted in Tobruck Gardens being told they'd only have the power to supply three Level 2 chargers, our solution allowed for the installation of seven of our 40 Amp Serio Level 2 EVSEs. With the use of our Energy Managed EMS, there's plenty of room to add dozens more down the road.
Tobrucks' Strata council was a pleasure to work with. Making thoughtful but timely decisions, the entire project from start to finish was less than 2 months.

Electric vehicles are becoming the norm, and it’s not just older buildings that need to upgrade their parkades for their modern day tenants.
Built in Metrotown in 2018, Midori was designed around the green-leaf motif that inspired the name. With modern, thoughtful architecture, this 37-storey highrise stands as a harmonizing landmark within the community.
To maintain their eco-friendly image, Midori implemented intelligent EV charging with Unico Power. They started with 5 of our Aprisa 32A Intelligent EVSEs in visitor stalls for shared use by residents, and planned for future growth right from the start. Not only did this make at-home charging immediately accessible to their residents, but unit owners can now add EV charging to their private stall in the future using the same system that manages the shared chargers.
A lot of the newer buildings we see were built after the EV surge, and therefore lack the equipment to meet the demands of today’s drivers.
Condos get older, that’s inevitable, but they don’t have to be outdated. Midori is a fine show of that.
